The video provides an overview of Project Khokha, from Project Khokha 1 which explored the use of distributed ledger technology (DLT) for interbank settlement in 2018 to Project Khokha 2 with its report being launched in April 2022 to highlight the policy and regulatory implications of tokenisation in financial markets, identified through a proof-of-concept to trade, clear and settle debentures on DLT.
